Scenelis works with a wide range of French and international stakeholders in the live entertainment industry and regularly handles strategic, economic, and financial information, much of it highly confidential. We also operate within the framework of public tenders.
All our contracts include clear confidentiality clauses, tailored to each project.

We rely on encrypted systems for data storage, sharing, and communication, built on SRP protocols, AES-256 and RSA-2048 standards, and a zero-knowledge architecture — among the most robust security frameworks available today.
Data is secured through triple-redundant storage across two ISO 27001-certified data centres, compliant with the requirements of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
Our messaging tools also integrate the latest security technologies, including end-to-end encryption.
All personal data processed by Scenelis is handled in full compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

Our Team

Xavier began his career working for 15 years alongside Olivier Poubelle at Astérios Productions, before going on tour with numerous artists including Mylène Farmer, -M-, Indochine, Alain Bashung, Vanessa Paradis, Marie-Claude Pietragalla, and Calogero.
In 2011, he took part in the launch of the live entertainment division of the Lagardère group. Alongside producing shows (Florent Pagny, musical productions, etc.), he was involved in the acquisition of venues such as Folies Bergère and Casino de Paris, and contributed to winning the tender for the design and construction of the Bordeaux Arena (11,000 capacity).
In 2015, he joined Fimalac Entertainment, where he led the “Venues” division, overseeing the operations of five Zénith arenas and the programming of 14 venues ranging from 1,500 to 56,000 seats.
Drawing on this dual expertise in event production and venue development and management, Xavier Réchain founded SCENELIS in 2018, building on over 30 years of experience in the industry.

Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Project Management and began her career at Lagardère Live Entertainment, where she worked on the production of several musical shows at the Folies Bergère.
She then joined Les Deux Belges Productions, first as Production Coordinator and later as Production Manager, working across comedy, classical music, and musical theatre.
She gained her first touring experience as an Assistant Tour Manager on Ibrahim Maalouf’s international tour, before moving into tour accounting and budget management for Gims.
She went on to lead production and tour management for Woodkid during the post-COVID touring resumption, and later became Tour Manager for Stromae’s Multitude tour across Europe and the United States. She subsequently toured with Darkside across Europe and with Polo & Pan across Europe, North America, and Latin America.
Fully bilingual in French and English, she is comfortable working in international environments. Her background gives her a strong overall vision of projects, combined with a rigorous and hands-on approach to tour coordination.
